Rapha Protocol Architecture

System architecture overview of Rapha Protocol 2.0 — Polygon-mainnet compute-to-data infrastructure. Six lanes: AI researcher demand, Secure API control, hospital edge compute institution, SGX/TPM attestation verification, Polygon clearing vault settlement, and iOS device lane for Apple Health on-device training.

Each lane has hard trust boundaries. Browser clients are not trusted with attestor keys or PHI. Polygon receives commitments only (no raw clinical data). Enterprise nodes run behind Rust air-gap + Go OPA guard + C SGX launcher before any model touches local data.
