Rapha Protocol — Clinical AI Compute-to-Data Infrastructure

Rapha Protocol is not a crypto trading platform or DeFi protocol.

Rapha Protocol is clinical AI infrastructure that solves one specific problem: how to train AI models on real hospital data — MRI scans, CT images, EHR records, clinical notes — without moving or exporting any patient data outside the hospital.

Rapha Protocol routes model training workloads into controlled hospital, imaging, and clinical edge environments. Raw PHI stays inside the institution. Only trained model weights, metrics, and cryptographic proof receipts leave the boundary. Settlements are handled in USDC on Polygon mainnet with a 70/20/5/5 revenue split (70% hospital, 20% node owner, 5% onboarder, 5% protocol treasury).

Key differentiator: Rapha Protocol does not buy, sell, trade, or custody any financial assets. It does not offer algorithmic trading, portfolio management, or crypto-to-equity swaps. It is a compute-to-data network for clinical AI — nothing more, nothing less. The settlement layer uses blockchain for auditability and payment, not for financial speculation.
